Standing by His Mother’s Bedside

A long time ago there lived a great saint. His name was Sharafud-Din and he loved his mother very much. Once, when Sharafud-Din was still small, his mother fell very ill and had to stay in bed. One night she awoke with a burning thirst and called out to her son to bring her a bowl of water.

The young boy hurried to do her bidding, but when he returned to her bedside with the water, he discovered that she had fallen asleep again. Sharafud-Din was not sure what to do. Should he wake her up or wait until she awoke, or leave the water by her bedside and go back to bed himself? He decided to wait until she awoke.

Minutes passed…hours passed…the night passed…and still the small boy waited patiently with the water at his mother’s side. Finally his mother awoke a little after the first light of dawn had paled the sky, and to her surprise there was her beloved son at her side.

“How long have you been standing here?” she asked. “You haven’t been there all night have you?”

‘Yes, mother,” he replied, “I have been here since you asked me to bring you some water.”

His mother was deeply touched by his devotion, and asked Allah to pour His blessings on her son. One day he grew up to be a great saint!

Sounds familiar?
Think about it: Was this the life of the Prophet Muhammad [sallallahu alaihi wasallam]?
Is this what the Qur’aan describes as a believers life?
IS THIS REALLY A MUSLIM?
Turn to ALLAH Worry about AKHIRAH.

Rahasia Ayat Kursi

Khasiat Ayat Kursi :

☑ Baca pada saat keluar rumah,
70000 malaikat akan menjagamu dari semua sisi.

☑ Baca saat masuk rumah,
Kemiskinan tidak akan memasuki rumahmu.

☑ Baca setelah berwudhu,
Derajatmu akan dinaikkan 70 tingkat.

☑ Baca pada saat tidur,
Malaikat akan menjagamu sepanjang malam

☑ Baca setelah sholat,

☑ Kenapa kita tidur kalau Allah memanggil?
Tapi sanggup tahan mengantuk saat menonton film selama 3 jam?

☑ Kenapa kita bosan saat baca Al-Qur’an?

☑ Kenapa masjid semakin kecil?
Tapi bar dan club, semakin besar?

☑ Kenapa kita lebih sangat senang menyembah artis?
Tapi sangat susah untuk menemui Allah?

Pikirkan itu

Hadis

Quote:‘Dari Asma’ binti Yazid bin Sakan berkata, saya mendengar Rasulullah allallahu alaiahi wa sallam bersabda:

Quote:Dari Abu Umamah, tentang keutamaan membacanya setelah shalat fardu, dia berkata, Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam bersabda:

Bahwasannya gumbal Al-Qur’an ialah surat Al Baqarah.

(HR. An-Nasa’i).

Dari Hasan bin ‘Ali r.huma. ia berkata, Rasulullah saw. bersabda, “Barangsiapa membaca ayat al kursi sesudah shalat wajib, maka ia berada dalam perlindungan Allah sampai shalat berikutnya.” (HR. Thabrani).

Dari Abu Qatadah ra. Dari Rasulullah saw. “Barangsiapa membaca ayat al kursi ketika mendapat kesulitan, maka Allah swt. Akan menolongnya.” (Dalam kitab Al-Firdaus).

i Ali ra. berkata, “Aku pernah mendengar Rasulullah saw. bersabda, “Barangsiapa membaca ayat al kursi ketika beranjak tidur, maka Allah swt. (HR. Baihaqi).

Dari Ali ra. berkata, “Rasulullah saw. bersabda, ‘Barangsiapa membaca ayat al kursi ketika tengah berbekam, maka manfaat pembekaman itu adalah fungsi dua kali berbekam.” (HR. Dailami, Ibnu As Sinni).Quote:Dari Anas ra.

Menjadi kekasih-Nya, yaitu Rasulullah saw.

Rasulullah saw. berpesan kepada Ali bin Abu Thalib ra. Rasulullah saw. bersabda, “Jika kamu menginginkan suatu kepentingan, maka bacalah ayat al kursi, kemudian meulailah dengan kaki kananmu.”

Dari Aisyah rah. Bahwa Rasulullah saw. bersabda, “Barangsiapa membaca 4 ayat dari awal Al Baqarah, ayat al kursi, 2 ayat sesudahnya dan 3 ayat akhir Al Baqarah dalam suatu malam, maka Allah swt. Menjaganya, menjaga keluarga, anak, harta, akhir dan dunianya.” (HR. Dailami).

SUBHANALLAH… InsyaAllah Bismillah Semampunya mencoba untuk Mengamalkannya 🙂

Religions ~

There is A question From Someone

I’m not a Muslim, but I love reading your posts and about your beliefs. It saddens me to see how much the western mindset tends to misunderstand Islam. Anyways, my question is what do you think the relationship is between the main monotheistic religions: Islam, Christianity, and Judaism? I strongly believe that these religions are not at odds with each other, but that they exist harmoniously, and that God, for reasons we may not understand, created these multiple paths to him. Thank you.

Hi there and thanks for your comment and question!

Your assumption is in many ways correct, for Muslims there is a strong relationship between these three Abrahamic faiths, but mainly because Islam is not a new religion and it does not preach a new message-rather it is the message that the central figures of these religions came with before-and it has come to guide people to the path of truth.

The fundamental principle of Islam is to believe in One God and to worship Him alone with no partners-which is the message that Moses (peace be upon him) and  Jesus (peace be upon him) came with as well as Muhammad (peace be upon him), who we believe to be the last Prophet. Thus we believe that Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the seal of all Prophets-so he came with the last revelation over 1400 years ago, but again, his message was no different than the original message of the Prophets who came before him.

We believe that both Moses and Jesus came with scriptures, but these scriptures were changed by man, and this is visible in the modern day bible, which Christians know is not the literal word of God, but rather a mixture of over 60 books including historical accounts and memoirs, including many that were written over 300 years after the Prophethood of Jesus (peace be upon him).

So essentially, we believe Jesus was not the son of God, nor did he preach this message (and in fact historical accounts state that the concept of trinity was actually established after the coming of Jesus in the Council of Nicea, 325AD) but a beloved Prophet of God (peace be upon him), as was Moses, Adam, Joshua, Muhammad and many others sent to different peoples (peace be upon them all).

As Muslims we also have had a particular relationship with Christians and Jews throughout history, and it is clear through Islamic teachings that Muslims are told to respect them and treat them with kindness and with good conduct-so I do not see why we should be at odds with each other as such, especially in the modern day and age. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, Islam has been widely misunderstood, and as has been done throughout history for various groups of people-Islam is too being pinned as strange, dangerous and ‘different’. But it is upon people to logically think and accept that it is completely absurd to conclude that over 1 billion of the world’s population is what the Media says they are. Islam always has and will be a religion of ultimate truth, justice and peace as this is what is conveyed in the Qur’an and in the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Hope this answered your question sufficiently and have a nice day! 😀

She warn me “Don’t Forget To Say Salam”

She warn me “Don’t Forget To Say Salam

There was something beautiful memories, just think about it,  I feel comfortable and happy. There was a story When I was kid, My mother always used to yell at me and my brothers if we walked in the house without saying “assalamu alaikum”.because we were a muslim family. And I always thought how lucky i was a born in muslim family Allhamdulilah All praises is to Allah

I loved My mother so much because she has taught me something I couldn’t forget until now . She would always say “even if no one is home, still say it. The Angels respond”. And until this day, even there was no person in home or when I stayed at apartement or hotel. I always walk into my empty apartment or my home and say “Assalamu Alaikum”

My Mother

When I look at my mother. I see the pain she has suffered throughout her life, the loss of my brother who passed away at the age of 5. What she went through when my dad married another woman. The way she was treated by others who took advantage of her good nature and still till this day she welcomes them to our homes.

The time when she asked to borrow money off me and the look of shame in her eyes when she repeatedly promised that she will pay me back still to this day makes my heart burn.

I never met such an amazing woman like my mum. I am not just saying this because  she is my mum. I’m saying this because when I look at her, I see all them years of the way she was mistreated by others. I see the sadness in her eyes of never being able to see her son again. I see the worry of how she will provide for me and my siblings and I see that she just wants to be loved.

But this is not what makes her amazing. It is the fact that she has forgiven the people who see no wrong in what they do. She treats them with the respect that she rightfully deserves from them.

She has no hate in her, for if she did she would have hated the woman who stole her husband away from her. Instead she treats the woman like a sister and cares for her children like they were her own. Many of my friends tell me that if there mum’s were in my mum’s position they wouldn’t do the things my mum does for my stepmum. Tbh I’m not sure if I would be as kind like my mum if I was in her shoes. But not many women are strong enough to forgive the woman who stole their husband and their kids baby daddy’s. And she is like this thanks to the grace of Allah, who has blessed her with a kind heart.

I see it as my duty to now look after my mother, I want to live the life that she couldn’t the one that she dreams for me and my siblings. Apart from inheriting her goodlooks my mum has taught me that forgiveness and kindness is one of the best things you can teach someone. I hope one day I can be like her.

Such a strong woman Allah has blessed me with as my mother. I hope no mother goes through what my mother has, there probably people out there who have suffered worse than my mother and my heart goes out to them. It is true when they say heaven lies at your mother’s feet. I’m so thankful that Allah has given me such a wonderful woman as my mother.

Hell Fire

There was a king who had a lot of wealth, and he had a daughter and no other children. He loved her very much, and he used to let her enjoy all kinds of entertainment. This went on for a long time.

Beside the king there lived a devoted worshipper, and whilst he was reciting one night, he raised his voice saying,

“O you who believe! Ward off yourselves and your families against a Fire (Hell) whose fuel is men and stones“ [al-Tahreem 66:6 – interpretation of the meaning].

The girl heard his recitation and said to her servants, “Stop!” But they did not stop. The worshipper started to repeat the verse, and the girl kept telling them to stop, but they did not stop. She put her hands to her collar and tore her garment, and they went to her father and told him the story.

He went to her and said, “My dear, what happened to you tonight? What made you weep?” and he hugged her.

She said, “I ask you by Allaah, O my father, to tell me, does have Allaah have a Fire the fuel of which is men and stones?

He said, “Yes.

She asked him, “Why did you not tell me? By Allaah I will not eat any good food or sleep on any soft bed until I know whether my abode is in Paradise or Hell.

so could you tell me, are you a cop?

While taking a routine vandalism report at an elementary school, an officer was interrupted by a little boy about six years old. Looking up and down at his uniform, he asked, “Are you a cop?”

“Yes,” he replied and continued writing the report.

“My mother said if I ever needed help I should ask the police. Is that right?”

“Yes, that’s right,” he told him.

“Well, then,” he said as he extended his foot towards the officer, “would you please tie my shoe?”

Wait this is so adorable hahaha 😀
